I'm pretty tired and need to wake up early tomorrow, so I'll just make this short, sweet, and to the point. The thigh gap. Everyone has it (or it seems like everyone does) and who doesn't have it - wants it. You can't even imagine the amount of inner thigh exercises I did to get a thigh gap. But, I hate to break it to you, not everyone can get a thigh gap.
If your hips are narrow, there is no way you're going to get one simply because your legs are naturally closer together. However, if you do have wider hips then you most likely are able to get a thigh gap. If that's the case, all you gotta do is do more cardio or pilates and work on your diet :) Easy peasy. Sadly, I have pretty narrow hips, so it's not gonna happen for me, but most people do have wider hips ;)

Hi,
ReplyDeletewhat sort of cardio should I focus on and diet? I have pretty wide hips, and the only parts of my legs that touch are my way upper thighs, like near my private area and my knees. I have chubby knees
:(
Hi! Sorry this is so late - I just found your comment :P I'm no expert, but I'd suggest running or the elliptical machine for cardio - burns TONS of calories! Running also helps with the inner thigh gap thing! As for diet (I prefer to call it a "lifestyle") - cut the carbs, no junk food (that includes soda), and just basically try to eat as close to nature as possible (the closer the food is to its natural state - the better)! Hope this helped :)
